This was my first ever professional massage and everyone from check in to the masseuse was very welcoming. My masseuse Maria went through explaining the service I booked and add one very throughly and she asked constantly if the pressure was okay for me. I felt very relaxed and satisfied with the services.

Laura gave me an excellent massage. I wish the massage room were a little bigger.

My husband gifted me a massage here and I signed up immediately after, the ambiance, service, and knowledge of the therapist far surpassed what I had experienced at massage envy

I really like the aesthetician and the way my skin felt afterward. She told me my cost would be two of the visits from my membership, plus $36 at checkout. Instead, they charged me for three membership visits. I wasn't paying attention because they were also selling me a product for home. I feel like the facial was good, but I'd never pay $240 for a facial. So, from now on I'm booking a regular facial with no upgrades. I really felt like I was taken advantage of.

I'm very satisfied with Vanessa. I only have her as my therapist. She is very proficient and knows what I need. I'm always better when I'm finished.
