Reception area always friendly and does a great job . Grace my massage therapist was awesome and made sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend her to friends and family.

Very happy with the service, and specifically with the additional recommendation for the miniature peel. My skin felt very bright and soft the next day. Would like to try the full peel in the winter.

1ST THE ATTETION GIVEN AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN, WELL DONE CUSTOMER SERVICES 2ND THE PERSONNEL ARE VERY KIND AND ALWAY KEEP A SMILE IN THEIR FACE 3RD AND OF COURSE MY MASSAGE THERAPY DOES IT ALL TO KEEP ME RELAX AND RELIEF MY PAIN, VERY KIND

We planned on using a spa gift card and checked the web site that showed I can use it at hand and stone. I was told only AFTER already getting the massage that they do not take the gift card and ONLY hand and stone gift card. There should be a way to make the clients aware that not ALL hand and stones (which is a chain company) participates with Spa Gift cards.

I’m always greeted in a timely manner. Staff is always friendly. I’ve been going to Rodney for about a year and am always satisfied. He listens to what areas are bothering me and always takes time to address them.
