My esthetician was super knowledgable and friendly. The support staff made me feel welcome. The facility was very clean and maintained a relaxing enviroment.

Everyone is super friendly and the place is very clean. I am able to book every 3 weeks most of the time. I enjoy all the services I have received (massages and facials). Rodney who usually gives me a massage is very knowledgeable and always works on the areas that I need worked on the most. He is thoughtful and always asks what pressure I want my massage to be at for that night. He never assumes and I like that.

I found a massage therapist that’s excellent only issue I have is that I should be laying on table at 9:00 am and not picked up at the reception at 9:00 am. I feel like I’m being shortchanged by 10 minutes

My massage experience at hand and stone was great. The option to have the Himalayan salt stone upgrade helps to really relieve the stress from my muscles.

I love my esthetician and the atmosphere of the Hand and Stone in Clifton NJ. The only issue I ever has is there are multiple times I call and no one answers or it says the line is busy and other times I am put on hold and no one comes back to help me. It's much easier to book online. However, I never get a follow up phone call or text and usually need to call myself to confirm.

The therapist I had was knowledgeable on what was causing my pain. He applied the right amount of pressure to my problem areas and when I asked provided all the information on the enhancements that would best help to make my massage ‘just right’ for me.

Receptionist had a slight attitude when i told her i filled everything out online. There was of course one additional form. I would assume she gets that from every customer coming in. I dont blame her. Other than that everything was fine

As a mom of two this is not a luxury it's a necessity especially when the masseur, Matthias is very experienced.
