I was reluctant to continue my membership due to my aesthetician no longer working with the company. Lashay was OUTSTANDING!! While I most likely will still be canceling within the next few months, I am thrilled to be able to work with Lashay until then. She was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and even days later, my skin feels incredible!

I was given a gift certificate for my birthday in April. While I wanted to go sooner, I was not able to get there until August. I wish I had done it sooner, for I felt GREAT after my massage and SUPER GREAT after my facial. My experience at Hand & Stone was wonderful. My massage therapist was great. I told her I wanted a mild massage and that's what I got. She has super soft hands and I relaxed to the point that I almost fell asleep. I look forward to booking another massage soon. Thank you.

It was an excellent experience overall. From scheduling to service I was really happy with the whole process. I will continue to book my appointments at the Clifton site.

The front desk team are very pleasant. Front start to finish I always feel happy when I leave.

Staff was friendly but Dora was fantastic I left the place feeling brand new. Great experience!
