Booked massage as a prenatal massage yet the masseuse insisted it was not booked that way. When I called in the appointment I emphasized it was a prenatal appointment. She claimed to have extensive knowledge of prenatal massages and told me to continue to come in as I approach my third trimester not realizing I’m already well into my third trimester when I told her I’m 30 weeks.

The therapist was knowledgeable about condition & focused on that area.

Jules who did my facial at the Clifton location was amazing! It was my first time ever getting a facial and she gave me all the information I needed and recommended products to help my skin look great. I will absolutely be going back to see her again!

First time having Alain as therapist. He was excellent. Plan to schedule another appointment with him within next couple weeks.

I love they way I feel when I enter Hand and Stone. Each person at reception is friendly. I feel very relaxed waiting for my appointment and I love my esthetician, she is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
