It was just what I needed. Matthias is a magician. I left very relaxed, stress and pin free.

To start I had hands down the BEST massage therapist at this Clifton location. Matthias is not only super friendly, genuine, and professional. He is so amazing at how he works and has awesome technique. His massage made me feel so much better and made my pain go away. I am grateful to him. Also Julez gave me an exceptional facial. She was amazing and super knowledgeable of my skin concerns. I will take her advice because she actually took the time to explain how I can better my skin with treatments and products. I will come back to see both Matthias and Julez in the future. Thank you to the both of them.

I’ve been going to H & S for a few years, the staff is welcoming, the spa is very clean and the therapists are very knowledgeable and helpful.

The staff is always prepared. They know me when I come in and are very friendly and courteous.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The waiting room and massage rooms were clean and smelled nice. Also, everyone made sure I was comfortable the whole appointment.

Matthias is always changing his massages based on my requests and needs for the session. Staff is always friendly with large cups for water/tea prior to and after the massage.

My esthetician was very professional and took the time to explain what I needed. She was very knowledgeable and explained what she was doing throughout. Highly recommend and I will be returning.

Jared is fantastic!! Any questions ir concerns I had he has always answered and steered me in the right direction for my facial needs.

Reception area was great as usual, and the massage therapist did an awesome job addressing my needs .
