Tandy is exceptional in her knowledge and technique. I love her hot, steamy cloths for my neck and back. She is great at offering advice for helping alleviate problems that I was unaware of. Tandy also respects my wishes if I don't want to talk at all but simply enjoy the well-oiled machinery of her hands. She's professional but also kind and caring. I enthusiastically recommend Tandy.
