I was highly satisfied because my massage therapist was amazing. Despite noise from the hallway being distracting, and the issues at reception, the therapist more than made up for it with one of the best massages I have ever received.

Friendly staff, estician ( Lisa Moses) is knowledgeable, friendy, efficient & professional. Always is truthful in answering my questions.

I wish I lived in Dallas and could attend regularly. Carly is very knowledgeable and has a wonderful touch. I had purchased GCs for my son and family a while back. He has become a regular and now I get to enjoy H&S when I'm in town too. H&S is a lovely facility and I will be back! One thing I would comment on though: when we arrived there was no one up front. We waited a few minutes at the counter and then settled into chairs in waiting area. It was perhaps 10 minutes before anyone came up front -- and these were therapists -- not front staff. 10 minutes is a long time for the front of the store to be left unattended. This should be addressed for several reasons. But as for my massage experience -- just wonderful!

She did a great job. The best facial I’ve ever had. The price is just very high for non members. I live out of state so a membership doesn’t help me.

I had a hard time finding the place as there were so many other businesses around it, but now that I know where it is won't be a problem going back.
