The staff is very friendly and made me feel comfortable. It is very relaxing just to walk into the Euless facility. My massage therapist Katie is wonderful. She has great hands and gives an excellent massage. She relieved a lot of the tension in my neck and shoulders. I had used Katie before and I will continue to request her. I feel very comfortable with her.

She took the time to explain the membership, encouraged me to try an add on service, and was very knowledgeable. She exceeded my expectations, and is a very warm and welcome first point of contact for your customers; something that is hard to find these days in service. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. Thank you!

The knowledge and friendliness of the aesthetician Carmen was phenomenal. Katie is also a wonderful masseuse and very knowledgeable and professional convenience and friendliness of the front desk isso welcoming.

Carmen is great with analyzing my skin and giving me options prior to each treatment. I enjoy the environment of the spa. I look forward to each massage and facial appointment.

From entering to leaving the atmosphere was excellent. The music selection, lighting and aroma was relaxing and calming. Every interaction from the front office to the masseuse was informative and quite pleasant.
