I find the receptionists to be friendly and helpful. Tandy is an EXCELLENT therapist - knowledgeable, thorough and effective. I never have to wait long to go in for my massage.

Lisa is the best esthetician you have. I make my appointments with her for a year at a time. I have never been able to make them online. The turn over at the front desk is super high which tells me a lot about the owners of this franchise. All the add on’s and new treatments are priced too high when you already almost 70 a month. There also should be a membership option to include a facial and massage at a discounted price.
