The staff was friendly. My estetistien was very nice. Very knowledeable of products and services. Was a peaceful and relaxing experience.

Facility is clean and welcoming. Ethan, the massage therapist is experienced. He is well able to change pressure noticeable as requested. I feel comfortable and safe in this environment. Appreciate that he's still there. Appreciate low level of turnover.

I was happy there were late night appointments available and happy with the expertise of my massage therapist.

Tandy is an extremely skilled and friendly massage therapist. I've used a half dozen or so other massage therapists at Hand & Stone and other locations. She is by far the best I've experienced.
