The policies do Hand and Stone for flexible use of times and extra appointments is good. The therapists are knowledgeable. I appreciated having the same therapist the last two times. She was able to understand my needs and focus on my problem areas.

I got Hannah to do my shoulders, back and wrist. Her massages are soothing, calming and comforting. She’s managed to tackle some of my intense areas where I’ve lots of knots. I’ve managed to accidentally sleep as well lol. She is so good and would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a soothing experience. Awesome massage.

It was an extremely calming and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. Carly was my therapist and I can honestly say she was one of the best I have ever had. She was simply amazing and attentive to my main points of area that needed extra help. She was thoughtful, curious and professional. She relieved my entire body. I will be going back specifically to see Carly, although the entire experience overall was amazing.

Both technicians were excellent. Great atmosphere & knowledge. Massage in particular was VERY good.
