Massage therapist is excellent. I just think the overall pricing is high for members and think your sales practices are very misleading. For example, add ons, should be additional time and service and what they really are is a replacement of massage time with something else.

Loved the staff and Ethan is a wonderful massage therapist. My only complaint was that the confirmation text and the address on google were the same, but when clicked sent me two different places, neither of which was the correct location or anywhere near the spa. I'm glad I knew where I was going, but I was confused and a little frustrated still when it routed me to an apartment complex 10min away. I just moved so have been using GPS more to get places and that did not work in my favor this time.

My therapist Charles listened carefully to my concerns. He was able to completely release my neck and shoulder pain. I’ve already booked my next appointment!

Had not been in for a while, so this was very timely, needed and I felt great upon completion!!!

I was feeling so yucky when I went in, not having had but one treatment since Covid restrictions. I was treated as very valuable customer and felt very special during visit and treatment. This was a new treatment provider to me and she was very knowledgeable and professional while being friendly and approachable. I will ask for her again.

I have been having severe pain in my left scapula and my therapist worked on the area so well that I left with little to no pain. She was very considerate and I felt comfortable with her. The staff and ambience of Hand and Stone also helped me relax. Everyone is clearly professional and is committed to positive client outcomes.

Always love getting a good massage. Look forward to many more visits.

Receptionist notified me my usual therapist would not be available prior to my appointment. New therapist was friendly, knowledgeable. Found Erik easy to communicate with despite age difference (my issue).
