All of the esthetician’s we’re very knowledgeable. They always had appointment availability when I needed. The people that helped me were always very friendly

My therapist is knowledgeable about how to address my needs. I always walk out feeling relaxed. The staff is always friendly and warm. I’ve had memberships at other massage providers, but Hand and Stone is the best I’ve encountered.

J'cyda is very knowledgable, highly satisfied with my facial, recommends great products for my skin, is very friendly and makes great conversation. Look forward to seeing her for facials! My skin always glows when I leave.

The staff are very personable and knowledgeable about the services provided. The massage therapist was professional and friendly -- we had a nice chat. The facility was clean, nicely appointed, and has a quiet, calming ambience.

I made the initial appt by googling a massage spa near me & took a chance! I planned on only one appt but Ethan has been excellent working on my stress areas & makes each session something I look forward to. All staff members are very welcoming!

As always, the service an care I received was fabulous. The manager Donna is an amazing person and always is top notch in customer services. She also makes me feel welcome every time I come in.

The best part of the experience had been my estethicians: J'cwanda and Lisa, they are both great with their customer service and knowledge .
