Hand and Stone

I am highly satisfied with the entire offering of my local Hand and Stone location. In short, they are extremely pleasant and care about the quality of the service provided. I attribute this to the attention paid to hiring the right people. I have a special appreciation of Donna, Lachelle, Kimberly, and Hannah... they treat me like Family.

I appreciated the professionalism of the receptionist. She was able to brief me on what to expect regarding my particular masseuse and educate me on the products that will be used.

Donna was incredibly sweet and informative. She is awesome with customer service! Lacie was my therapist, and she did exactly what I asked for and was fantastic at it!! I will highly recommend ya'll to everyone I know in that area! Thank you!

Kendrick was an amazing massage therapist. He's very positive & skilled. I left my appointment feeling relaxed & refreshed. The front desk staff is always friendly & helpful too.

I really loved Jessica with my body massage, it was very relaxing, peaceful. Amanda did a wonderful job with facial however the microdermabrasion I received wasn't what I expected. I think it was to soft, didn't feel like I go one done, my face wasn't pink/red like usual, and I have had many microdermabrasion done. overall it was satisfying.

Donna and her staff at the front desk are always very helpful and effecient. May is an execent therapist and always finds the trouble spots. She ensures I leave relaxed and stress free.

My masseuse was knowledgeable and responsive to my request to focus on my shoulders. She was professional and kind. I was in and out on schedule.

I love the services and the staff Unfortunately have to cancel membership due to so much travel
