My experience(s) at Hand and Stone have been excellent. If and when I have been not pleased with a massage, Donna, the manager at Glade Parks has taken care of the situation to ensure I was a return customer. My current favorite therapist, Erica, is a true professional. Her responsive, classical Swedish technique is superb. I have also gotten facials and they are excellent as well.
