Everybody is extremely friendly and helpful. My therapist is #1! She cares and is always doing the right therapy! When I first went there I could hardly move or walk - now I am almost back to normal and will continue therapy. THANK YOU :-)

The location is close to my home. The SPA is clean and beautiful. The products they use are excellent and the people are great!

I specifically joined up for monthly massage with no frills and add ons. I am asked but do not feel pressured to add on any other services. When this location opened, it was even better for me because it is closer to my home. I like trying different massage therapist and I get a choice at Hand & Stone. However, I have found one person I like and so far she has continued to work at this location over a period of time. I understand that she is popular with other clients so I hope she will continue working out of this location.

The woman who booked my massage was pleasant, helpful, and made a great recommendation on a masseuse given what I told her I was looking for. My masseuse, Lynn, was excellent. She answered my questions knowledgeably, checked in during the massage to make sure she was using the right amount of pressure, and gave me great tips afterwards for improving my posture and hydrating. The experience was terrific from beginning to end

The manager Donna was amazing right from the start! She was knowledgeable & put great effort in making sure my experience was amazing. Both Kendra & Gisenda took awesome care off me, going above & beyond. It was an amazing experience!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful and courteous on every visit! My massage therapist is awesome and I am always relaxed and feel better after a massage!
