Travis is very good and listens to what the needs are of the client. He is a little too hard though and has to tell him to ease up but he knows what he is doing.

The staff were very friendly and professional. I wasn't sure of all the treatments I will getting with the facial. Each time I asked what are you putting on now and she would then let me know. She did a skin test before the exfoliant was applied which was a good thing. I did not have a reaction. She did convince me the collagen facial would be better than the regular facial which was $20 extra, but I wasn't sure what the difference was. The basic facial was supposed to include a neck and shoulder massage which the collagen facial did not. I was looking forward to that. In previous facials I've received while the exfoliant was sitting on my face or some other product the aesthetician would always give me a hand rub with lotion, neck rub, etc. I didn't receive any additional services other than the facial itself. From what I remember she first cleaned my face, then looked at it with a bright light, then applied an exfoliant, applied a eye cream and sunscreen gel. I don't even remember having a moisturizer applied. She seemed very knowledgeable about the products but didn't have any suggestions for me that would be of benefit to my skin.

Angela is AWESOME! I haven't been in 3 months due to surgery and she remembered it, ask how it went, how I was healing etc. She remembered my troubled spots. Love her!

I have always been treated well at hand and stone. Best massage and facial membership. I will be a client for life. Alexandria is awesome. She really listens to her clients to meet their needs.

The front desk receptionist was very friendly upon arrival. The asthetician was friendly and did a very nice job with the facial. The receptionist was very friendly during the checkout process as well.
