Friendly, professional office and staff. Appreciate the fact that products were suggested, but not pushed! Totally dislike going to spas that push products to purchase. Also the benefits of a membership were explained, but no pressure to join.

My massage therapist Angela at the Glade Parks location is outstanding. I drive from 4 cities away just to have an appointment with her. She is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous and I highly recommend her to friends and family.

I love my experience at Hand & Stone! My therapist was very communitive about everything and made me comfortable. My therapist even gave me stretches to do at home so my muscles aren’t so tight all the time!

From being explained the detail of what a membership means or entails, to the actual experience, everyone has been so kind to me. I'm beyond satisfied with the feedback I received for what I want and what I need. I don't feel like anyone is taking advantage of me, only taking care of my needs in the best way possible! So happy. Can't wait to continue my membership with Hand & Stone for many years to come.
