The Watchung location is excellent! This location is very clean. The staff are professional and kind. I feel very relaxed once I walk in and definitely when leaving. Great job!

The people working at hand and stone are great. The only thing I am dissatisfied with is the availability of appointments. Sometimes I would like a “walk in” appointment in addition to my monthly schedule, and in fact, have had trouble recently booking appointments even 3 weeks out. I am almost on the verge of dropping my membership.

From the time I entered i felt welcomed. The massage therapist was excellent, I felt relaxed and already booked my next appointment. I only wish there were more available time slots that would coincide with my schedule.

My massage therapist, Rochelle, was one of the best I have ever had. I prefer firmer pressure, and she adjusted to my preference wonderfully. Her tone of voice and demeanor made me feel that I’m in good hands. I truly felt relaxed and rejuvenated after the massage.

The person I had was patience. She was able to answer any questions. She even gave me a lot of information about my skin

I didn’t have to wait for my appointment. The esthetician I had Arayannah, was very knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is that there weren't many appointment times available for my next visit.

Rochelle was an exceptional masseuse! She found tension points that I didn’t even know existed and left me feeling like a new person.

I love the therapist. If she left, I would not return. She is simply wonderful.
