The receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming. The therapist was on first appearance very warm. She helped me to the room as I have respiratory issues. Mimi is a gifted individual and gave an exemplary massage. She is truly an asset to your organization.

The staff is friendly, the reception area and the massage room are welcoming. I love Minny, my massage therapist, she gives the best massages focusing on areas of concern.

I was invited to be a member, so the cost I thought was reasonable. My massage therapist listen to my areas of discomfort and focused on those during my massage. I didn’t walk out of there feeling covered in oil.

Minny was wonderful—she was attentive, friendly, and made sure I relaxed. It was not my first appointment with her and I was happy to see her again. Overall satisfied with my experience and the staff are always welcoming whenever I come in for an appointment. However, the only issue was the receptionist and I trying to figure out why my bi-monthly membership was not charged in February (as it should have been) and then being charged during my appointment instead of the time period it was budgeted.

The massage therapist is very knowledgeable. The location is clean and I never have to wait very long.
