Kenzie was incredibly informative, kind, and professional. She listened to my skincare concerns and suggested a treatment plan and products to help me achieve my goals. The appointment was relaxing and effective.

Receptionist was great at checking me in and scheduling another future appointment. Andrea was awesome as always. She's very welcoming and very attentive to my needs.

As usual, massage was very relaxing and therapist touched on all the specific areas I requested (and needed!)

I’ve always been greeted warmly upon arrival. My massage therapists have always been professional and concentrated on areas where I felt I needed extra care. I truly enjoy going there, however, I will have to take a break because I’m going to be traveling a lot in the next few months and my money is not going as far as it once did. I’m a senior living on fixed income. Cost of living prices have gotten way out of hand for me.

Kimberly was very knowledgeable about the products that were for sale to the customers. She was very warm and welcoming, and made me feel very comfortable. I was very satisfied with the facial I received.

massage therapist is very good

I have been a member since 2019 and enjoyed getting massages. When you increased your prices I felt I was going to have to cancel my membership due to finances. Thank you for the years of service you have given me. Kristen is an excellent masseuse.

Everyone at Hand and Stone are welcoming and friendly. Andrea is a great esthetician. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. Terri is the best masseuse. She is so sweet and kind and has the hands of an angel. She is amazing. I just love her.

One thing I did not like is the new tipping machine. I did not know there was a fee to use it and was unprepared to pay cash, plus now there is no anonymity. I will be bringing cash from now on.
