The pressure was exactly what I wanted. It was easy to make an apt that day. I felt much better after going in.

I love the friendliness of everyone there. Always a smile. Friendliness is contagious.

The staff was excellent! I carry all my stress in my upper back, shoulders, and neck so both visits the therapist focused on those areas! They both were amazing and it was very relaxing and really helped relieved the tension and knots! I will absolutely be booking again soon!

A basic facial is no longer good enough. Always have to purchase upgrade. So it’s just an underhanded way of charging more. A $50 facial is always a $70 or $100 facial. It’s rather insulting. For that reason alone it is worth looking for a new place to do business. Love the staff but I can easily find all kinds of places that will give a fabulous facial for $70 - $100.

The masseuse was new to me and she did a great job of concentrating on my problem areas. She used just the right amount of pressure. I will be making my next appointment with her.

I feel as though my experience with hand and stone is always consistent. The therapists are knowledgeable and they listen well, and I am always looking forward to my next visit. I don’t come as often as I should or would like to, but it has nothing to do with the quality of service I received. I will be back.

I was satisfied becuase there was a therapist that does lymphatic drainage massage. She was available two hours later. She did a good job of explaining what the this type of message does.
