I found the reception area staff to be very friendly and accommodating. My therapist was very good and made sure I got the full massage even though she started a few minutes late.

The cost is reasonable, location is good for me. I have two therapists I use who are excellent. One in particular is able to give the pressure I need and I use her the most.

I was highly satisfied because I really like the therapist and her knowledge and professionalism. Recently recommended her and she signed up as a member to Hand and Stone. However disappointed she is leaving, she did recommend another therapist that has equal touch.

The massage therapist was friendly and worked on the areas I asked for
