I don't always know what needs to be addressed. I appreciate them letting me know what needs work. It help when they are knowledgeable.

I always like this spa because it is convenient, clean, and staff is courteous. The price is right and I've always had a good therapist.

All my needs were met. I felt like Someone important from the time I walked thru the door until I walked out! I am a member thru Awahtukee spa but will never return there, I get what I need and deserve at the chandler spa! And honestly there is no other esthetician like Gabi!

Candice spoils her clients with the way she cleansed and applies the facial products.

The online booking could use some improvement. I entered my info three times and still had to call to book my appt. Someoneshold test the capability. I’d like to get my rewards point for booking online but could not get the sire to work for memberships.

Hand and Stone was a great place to take my boyfriend who was a first timer. The staff were all welcoming and attentive to any questions or Concerns. My services from Penny were also great as she made sure I was okay the whole time. I will definitely be back!

Matthew A. Is phenomal at both massaging and listening to the clients needs which I love! I request him everytime. I more than likely won’t go for a massage if he is not available though.

Joana gives wonderful massages. She is quite adept in targeting needed spots. She's also a very pleasant person.

Reception area very relaxing (music & aromas) and front desk employees were very friendly. Therapist was wonderful. I had Himalaya Rock massage...it was wonderful! There was an issue with the music in the therapy room.

First time in this establishment and everything about it was A+
