I was highly satisfied with the service due to the level of professionalism encountered. My massage therapist was extremely skilled and knowledgeable. My tight muscles were much more relaxed after the massage.

I think Leanna is amazing! I had to cancel my membership due to a move and I will truly miss her! I have been extremely satisfied at Hand and Stone! My only negative was the last cash out - my tip was not based on the amount I paid the last 2 years but the regular rate which I found odd. I like Leanna enough I paid it anyway but that didn't seem right.

For all the reasons I rated highly satisfied......the staff is friendly and professional....the reception area and massage room are clean and appropriately lite.
