Everyone is always so welcoming and professional. Joanna is the best therapist I've ever had and is very knowledgeable about her profession.

I originally scheduled a facial. The receptionist must've been a little rattled that she forgot me on hold, that she inadvertently scheduled a massage for me. I'm not really a massage lover, but I do LOVE facials every now and then. When I arrived, a massage therapist took me to a massage room, which is when I realized the mistake. There were no available times for a facial until 3 hours later, and since I live 1 hour away, I wasn't willing to go home and then return 3 hours later. So, the manager offered me a free massage and I could reschedule my facial for another day. I thought this was very generous, and I accepted only because my husband was getting his massage in another room, and I was there for another 45 minutes waiting for him. It all worked out fine, and I was very impressed with the way the manager handled the mistake. i rescheduled my facial for today and it was wonderful!!

Tonia is a great masseuse - I would recommend her to anyone. It is also such a great value for the exceptional quality of the services.

How quick and simple the process is. There is no wasted time - I appreciate that because of my busy schedule.

I love the ambience. It's very inviting & relaxing, not high pressure sales. The rooms are very nice; I like how everything is adjustable. I have never had a therapist that I didn't like. They've all been excellent. It's a very comfortable place & the people are very friendly.
