The friendliness of the staff is always a welcome. Amy did a terrific job with my facial. It was very calming and her “little” massage while the led light was on was a bonus.

Ease of scheduling. Ability to share my packages with family... but I do wish I could share more than 3 a year as i have many.

I've been a member for a couple years. This location was new to me but kept the same standard I was used to at the other location. It was clean and staff is professional

The staff were very helpful in addressing my needs and answering question I had about the procedures, particularly about my facial. They referred me to crucial products that I am considering for my skincare routine, as well as additional services that I think can help with my goals.

Absolutely LOVE my massage therapist and the other people working at the location. I do not like the new call system and being routed to a call center, put on hold and having it take 3 times longer to make or change an appointment. It is very impersonal. After almost 3 years with this location I want to be able to reach someone there if I have questions.
