Excellent customer service, great massage!

Good staff but prices keep increasing every time.

The therapist was great. Right pressure , right relation level. The company has been raising the price of the membership. I've had some issues in the past that didn't seem OK. I was sick once and wasn't able to cancel without getting charged. So I had a massage sick , on MY BIRTHDAY. THERE was no consideration for anyone's health. I just feel Hand and Stone is going down in guest service with management.

massage therapist was good, not great. I did not like the massage oil, I will ask for lotion next visit.

The front reception area was nice and clean and relaxing but the bathrooms and massage rooms were old and seemed like an afterthought.

One of the staff members was horrible. She was rude and snotty. I think she was the manager. My services were wonderful as usual. Alex and Cami were wonderful. If they were not there, I probably would not come back due to the unfriendly manager ( an assumtion). She is probably as bad to the employee's. I certainly would not work for her. The front desk is very important to your business. If it does not change, I will consider going else where.

Overall it was a good experience. I felt like the ambiance was slightly impacted by the building seeming a little outdated and needing some TLC. Nothing seemed dirty, just older and not updated.

When I signed up I had to pay a membership fee. Saturday the receptionist waived that fee for two people while I was there. I did not really have the money for the membership fee yet I had to pay it. Strongly thinking of going someplace else due to not being treated the same!
