Highly satisfied is a very high standard.

Paid for my facial got some upgrades but didn’t feel she completed the entire facial that was included.

I don’t like that I’m charged monthly when my account on a freeze and not happy that I have to pay fees to share my services with my family

my appointment is at 11 am, they told me to come early . I was there early and finished the paperwork at 1055 am, but the receptionist did not tell me that the therapist will be late . I finally got in almost 11:10 am . Also did not realized that the session only for 50 minutes. I thoght it is supposed to be 1 hour ( 60 minutes ) .

I was very satisfied. It was exactly what I expected from my visit. I will definitely be returning.

recent change in management, if customers pay for last minute changes, so should the business, comp the visit if the masuese provided to replace the massuese selected wasnt good or wasnt a preference.

The sessions are 50 minutes but I feel like I get 30-40 with lots of time in the beginning and some during the facial.

The aesthetician was excellent. Please don’t push them to sell products. Too much turnover tells me you don’t value your employees.

The hallway to the rooms seems dated and dark. I understand that ambiance is ideal but maybe a different coat of paint would make the experience better.

Th front desk staff was over whelming with products for purchase.
