It is just like every other franchise massage place. Nothing sets it apart.

Cost increase of packages. I have been a member for many years. I feel like that should contribute to the cost of the membership.

Felt highly pressured to purchase membership. Massage was a gift from son, there was a small balance from the amount he was charged and to get that back the options were not good.

The people we super friendly and amazing starting with the reception desk and to the therapist. At the end I was given a recommendation for massages every 2 weeks for 50-80 mins and cupping service but never explained why that was the recommendation or what the benefit would be. Didn't say anything during the massage about areas she felt needed work or what I could do, it just felt like a push at the end to get my money without any explanation. I would have been more likely to think about joining if there had been any type of professional advice or opinion given

My therapist did not offer suggestions regarding tightness in certain areas when asked. Therapist did not spend any time on the front of my legs

Staff were great. However, I’ve been a member for years and prices just keep going up. My original membership price was $49 once upon a time. Now it’s almost $70-80.

Appointment started late. Too much emphasis on sale of products. If I am interested in purchasing, I will ask.

I am amazed at how often the people I have an appointment with cancel and there is no one available to pick up the customer. Happens way too often. I rearrange my schedule and it is very inconvenient when they cancel at the last minute and there is no one else to provide the service. Bad business. That is why I will not continue my subscription

We were clients of Kelsey for a few years. When I would tell Kelsey what my problem area was , she knew exactly what I needed. She was in tune with me. We are trying different therapists to see if we can find someone of Kelsey’s caliber. We have tried 2 or 3 different therapists.

It was fine.
