I feel like the message therapist should have communicated more with me.

I don’t feel relaxed and my body feels the same after the last several massages I’ve had here. Massage therapists don’t seem experienced. Many don’t seem experienced with the draping process either which makes me feel like they’re inexperienced. I know everyone has to be a beginner and gain experience but my last several massages have t been what I expect paying for this membership. I did speak to the manager and I am scheduled with someone she thinks would be great and I will love. I’m looking forward to that so that I can continue my membership.

The new call center makes it nearly impossible to schedule an appointment. They can't answer my questions or appropriately schedule me with the necessary therapist. So, I instead have to drive there to talk to someone in person and book my appointment. Makes me want to cancel and get a membership elsewhere.

With the majority of therapists, they seem to work on one side of my back for such a long time that it gets sore. Wished they would even it out on both sides using both hands to go down each side of the spine.

The appointment took 10 minutes to book because it was difficult to find a slot that was both the pressure I wanted and at a time that worked for me. I ended up just booking the soonest appointment possible just so I could get some relief.

My husband and I struggle to get in often enough, so we were told we could have 1 membership and gift several massages a year to the other person. The last time we did this was in December, with no issue. When I called to book this appt, the receptionist did not tell me that I wasn't allowed to book a massage off of my husband's account that has SIX credits accumulated. When I arrived for my massage they told me I couldn't do that. Why would I pay another $100 to had and stone when I have $450 in credits on my husband's account. You need to offer more flexibility. Our last massage membership at Spaya allowed us to share our entire membership which was very beneficial for a busy family that can't make it in often. The front desk ladies were kind enough but I could tell they were irritated with me. I had been a member for 3 or 4 years, and my husband for 2 years. We have paid $1000's of dollars to the Chandler hand and stone. I just felt uncomfortable about how the entire situation played out. Like I was trying to pull a fast one but it had never been. Problem in the past and both of the ladies work hadn't been there that long, I had never seen them in my 4 years of being a customer.

Rebook everytime I book appointment. Lack of follow up from initial facial so lost the benefits and would have needed to start over. Some awkward staff interactions after 6p TRYING to book facial...

My massage with Michael was awful. Very all over the place with how he massaged my body. He spent the majority of his time on my right side then the last ten minutes doing the left side and my feet. It wasn’t relaxing at all. It felt very choppy and like he was in a rush

My massage therapist, Heather, was wonderful and I'll continue to ask for her. HOWEVER, I told her I didn't want any additional services in the beginning of the session. Half way through, she thought it would be helpful if I had peppermint on my neck to alleviate my stuffy nose. So I said ok. Not only did it burn when applied, I had no idea it was an additional $55! Had she told me that, I would have said NO! So, I'd appreciate you reminding your therapists to inform us BEFOREHAND if there will be any additional charges.. thank you.
