Hand and Stone

We have attempted multiple times, in person and via phone, to reach the manager Jennifer. We have been repeatedly told she is unavailable. Could a regional manager contact us? I've requested, in writing, that my account be frozen, and it has yet to be addressed.

I asked for focus on legs and she did mostly upper body. I dont feel like she remembered or listened to what I had asked for. I would not book her as my therapist again.

I have some difficult areas to manage,I know I need more than one visit.Hard to treat old injuries when your 87 years old

I booked the appointment on the website after I received an email about available appointments, but when I went in, they said the appointment did not take. Therefore the time I selected was gone and I had to come back later that day. They said the website had been having problems. I explained that I had also called and left a message with no return call. They said the phones were also acting up and routing their calls to another location. So when I asked how I should make an appointment with problems with the website and phones, the attendant, just shut down and said there was nothing more she could do. The other receptionist gave me a card with a number that I could text for appointments. Therapist seemed inexperienced and pinched my shoulders several times. Overall the massage was okay but not great and next time, I will ask for someone else.

One reason that made me uncomfortable was asking me if I wanted to book w same massage therapist. When they are standing there the answer is yes, but what If it was no? I feel a little awkward answering that. I was not asked for feedback on if the pressure was good or not. I would have liked a little deeper. otherwise, she was fine and seemed knowledgeable.

Massage therapist didn’t do both sides of my body- right glut was massaged but not the left. Right hand done, not the left. Overly focused on right arm, minimal massage on the left arm.

The therapist did not apply enough pressure and I never changed positions.

Brittany is great but finding that the cost keep increasing!

When checking out there was some discrepancy with the cost. Having purchased packages for several years I was surprised to here that the price would be going up but relieved to find that old members would be grandfathered. The staff members were very helpful in explaining the process.

The lady who did my facial had pretty bad breath or her skin had an odor to it that was unpleasant. She did a wonderful job however on the service.
