Certain aspects can improve as in the constantly rotating massage therapist at this location. Hard to have a consistent service.

I paid for an 80 minute massage but did not get an 80 minute massage, I had the undressing time before the massage then checked my phone after my massage and there was still ten minutes remaining so I ended up getting less than an 80 minute massage. This was my first time having a longer session and I will probably stick to 50 minute sessions from here on out because I did not see the value and did not get the full 80 minutes

It was fine, no real problems. I was very satisfied

In my paperwork I specifically said I did NOT want my hair , head or face touched and she massaged my head and hair.

I used 3 accrued service units for A one hour appt. I upgraded with an ageing facial plus a microdermabrasion…….my original facial should have been replaced by the anti ageing. Also she did not do any extractions which I specifically asked for.

It was actually a previous experience that still has me questioning continuing membership.

My therapist is great but popular, which makes scheduling a challenge sometimes. I wish the website was more streamlined, especially with picking hand and stone locations when you can use multiple.

During the confirmation call they did not confirm all aspects of my requested massage - aromatherapy and scalp in addition to my 1 hr massage. Then when I went back I had to remind the masseuse that I still wanted both of those with my massage and he went to get the products. This is the 2nd time that I have requested "add-ons", the first time they were forgotten as I didn't ask about them; I assumed the masseuse knew what I had requested. My previous appointment to this with Yasmin went perfectly and she remembered everything. The appointment that I had issues with was previous to that. Overall this appointment went well.

The music could have been more “spa” like and therapeutic. Also, having essential oils throughout would help make the room and experience elevated and calming.

My experience was great. I have always felt the rooms are noisy because walls are too thin.
