The therapist used to much oil, and he only used deep tissue pressure on my back and nowhere else. The therapist reclined me up when I was on my back.

It was just average; not stop all bad, but not great

Would like to see more fluent time with massage, little bit of time between processes

Jordan didn’t have much of a personality was l kind of blahhhh

The only feedback I have is related to the fact that I can’t book back to back with my two favorite therapists and need a 30 min wait between, however, I did appreciate resting in the room until it was time to move. I also think it would be nice to have a small lobby and a relaxation room as opposed to such a large lobby.

There was a fan on, directly on the table. I got the feeling that the fan was on to cool off the therapist, who appeared to be sweating.

I walked in at 12:26 for my appointment at 12:30, as my massage therapist was walking out the door to have a break.

The table was not prewarmed so it took most of the appointment to warm up. The air conditioner was very loud in the room. Did not receive a warm towel to wipe off after my appointment.

Therapist stopped after an hour and had a 90 minute appointment

Rooms are too cold.
