select employees wear masks. I wasn’t asked if i wanted my practitioner to wear one (i am grateful mine was on her own)

I was unaware and not excited about the rate increase. My email wasn’t in my profile so I wasn’t aware until I saw a charge on my cc statement

My first experience in Scottsdale was great. We purchased a membership and the price was $59 each massage and were told we could go to any Hand and Stone in the Country for that price. If our membership was on hold, we could then pay the $59 and receive the service. That was not the case when we got to the Chandler location. We were met with resistance about the price and told that all locations have their OWN pricing???? After much negotiation, Jennifer the manager finally honored our request. This after the very marginal massage that I was given. She was really not very good and could use some more training, possibly with fellow therapists, so that they can point out her weaknesses. My manpanion was pleased with his therapist, Terri. This review on the massage pertains only to my service.

It is on my record that I am allergic to cetyl alcohol which is in most lotions and creams. For the first time I had the foot scrub treatment. I was unaware that cream was used as part of the process. By the time I got home, I was itching. I called Hand and Stone and asked if cream or lotion was used. They told me yes! When I described my situation, I was told soak and take Benadryl. No apology or are you okay. I felt like they did not care. The only question I was asked was did I want to cancel the foot treatment for next month. I did have to take Benadryl. I woke in the middle of the night with a horrible headache, dizziness, and itching.

Prices have continued to increase over the last 2 yrs. The price paid is for a 50 min massage. Typically every massage I’ve had as of late does not go the full 50 min. It is not acceptable to cut corners and expect your patrons to shell out money for less service than before. Every therapist should state the start time and 50 min later, state the end time, which should align. Please work to fix this.

The therapist did not massage the front of my legs as they typically do. She was great - other than that

Great service nice place but the massages are very expensive.

Kimberly is great. However, it is very difficult getting an appointment for facials and massages. I also think it is unprofessional to put flyers on the counters with gratuity amounts....which are extremely high.

This is on behalf of my moms appointment she had a facial but it was cut short it was only about 45 min in total which is probably only 40 min hands on
