Satisfactory facial.

Upon check out which should be simple and quick especially for 1) members because the information is already in the system and 2) the main reason you just had a message and would like to remain relaxed!, but it took at least 15 - 20 minutes to check out it appeared the receptionist didn't know how to transfer a package to cover cost of my quest, there were two receptionist on duty at the time, the one checking out should have ask for assistance and the other receptionist that was there who actually got involved and performed the process should have offered to assistance, oh did I mention she assisted because "I" the customer asked her too!

I liked it. I will be back

I wish the massages were longer for the money. If I book a double massage with my membership, it should be a full 2 hours with 5 min to get ready a the beginning and 5 minutes to get dressed at the end.

Expected more out of massage

The receptionist was lovely.The space is very warm and welcoming.

Scheduling staff are not well informed. Price is too high for value of service. Scheduling is difficult due to availability of therapists.

The music was non existent once and the next appointment the music was awful because the speaker in the room was blown.

Pressure not enough for me. The music went off in room for a long time. Maybe like 15-20 minutes.

My therapist had to cancel my appointment & then rebooking with a therapist not familiar with. Also cost went up.
