I was satisfies with the overall experience. My massage therapist was great in handling my problem areas and explained very well the reasons for my problems areas.

The massage bed sheets are always untucked and there seems to be just too many sheets and they move around so it seems disheveled typically. The massage therapist I've seen there are very good however this is been happening lately and I find it strange. The AC wasn't working properly last time I was there also so it was quite hot in the room. Otherwise, I think the therapist are very good though and friendly.

There seemed to be long wait for the massage therapist to enter the room. Especially since the appointment ended 3-5 minutes before the end of the hour.

The massage therapist was not very friendly - felt I was just a part of her day and she was there only to do her job..did not make me feel at ease

why do i pay for an hour massage when I never get a full hour? Massage started around 9:05 and she was done at 9:50. This is why I stopped coming in for massages

Therapist is excellent and have had her before and requested her for this visit. Made a return appointment for future. I have no complaints

My esthetician (Elizabeth)was NOT vaccinated! When I asked if she was vaccinated, she said “not yet.” Every one of your employees should be vaccinated unless they have a medical reason not to. I am vaccinated and insisted she wear a medical mask, which she did. Vaccination is the only way this pandemic will end. You should require vaccinations in an environment like a spa.

She was fine.

Highly satisfied is a rating that encompasses an experience over an above in all areas. That said, as a member of Hand and Stone (I expect to remain a customer), I am satisfied with the services and ambience of the spa - to receive a Highly satisfaction score would require receiving or experiencing something out of the norm highly above expectations. The whole experience from scheduling an appointment - the receptionist - the spa is what I expect each time. The difference is the masseuse (by the way was wonderful Name: Alex) is why I rated him Highly satisfied. I would have been highly satisfied if perhaps an offering of a service I haven't had - free of cost (tryout)

It is good. I have a massage therapist I have been seeing for years that is now back to massaging post-Covid that I would prefer to go to her instead.
