Hand and Stone

I really enjoyed the knowledge of the aesthetician, who is able to explain all of the products why they are so beneficial and what I can expect.

Great service, great staff and happy with the results very convenient, but a little pricey

When I checked out, I was not given a total for the services I had. I Was asked if I wanted to sign up for a monthly serviceAnd was asked if I wanted to leave a tip, but was not offered a percentage total or what amount it would be for any percentage.

Expected more for an hour long massage. While it wasn't bad, it didn't really resolve my tension in the neck and back. Too expensivie for the benefit actually gained.

I felt as though while having a facial, I was trying to be upsold, so it was not relaxing. I'd rather be upsold prior to relaxing. I'd prefer soft sell, like here is our list with pricing, would you like to add any? Yes/no... then let me relax.

I was satisfied with everything

The only issue I had was it was a bit of a wait to check out because there was only one individual in the front at 8pm and she was helping a customer with a seemingly complex issue on the phone. Myself to check out and two other folks behind me to check in had to wait a while. Not her fault since she was alone but a bit frustrating. Therapist availability was a bit of a challenge with my schedule as well but usually this is not an issue in the first two times I've seen this therapist so I think it was just a one time challenge.

I was on the room closest to the lobby and could hear very loud conversations going on coming from the lobby during my massage and what sounded like someone putting supplies away in cabinets.

I was very satisfied with my experience for my first time at Hand and Stone. I ended up getting a membership because I was impressed with the massage and friendliness of the employees. I will recommend Hand and Stone to my family and friends.
