There were some areas that were not massaged when asking for full body massage.

The receptionist was more interested in upselling a membership to me then actually reading notes left on my account. Once it was brought to her attention she should have gotten management involved. I could tell she was inexperienced.

I was told no problem with deep pressure, but then the massage therapist said it could not be deep pressure. I get it because I was on chemotherapy and radiation for the year prior. Just, wish the scheduler had been informed. I was disappointed, but she did do a good job.

I requested for my guest & I to receive the aromatherapy add on & that was not conveyed to the therapists.

Booked a massage for two, was out in a couple massage room. Booked the massages for 80 min, was only given a 50 min. Resolution was a 15$ upgrade :(

The receptionist should know if you are a member and perhaps great you with a "Welcome Back" instead of asking have you been here before??? The therapist should keep track of the time without announcing .... "We will start now at 4:30 and end at ......" I knows how long the session was booked for "noting" the time aloud takes something away from the experience The hot stones were luke warm

The therapist talked way, way, way too much. She didn't keep her mask on while she was massaging my shoulders while I was face up. I had my eyes closed but I could tell because I could feel her breath on my face. Therapists should ask if you want to talk during your massage or should be a question on your intake form. A relaxing massage is not hearing about how your massage therapist has had 3 surgeries on her ankle and all her other jobs.

Love my therapist Alaina! She is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I always feel like she gives her very best.

I've only been there once. More times may changey view.
