I was very satisfied with how easy it was for me to set up my appointment as well as how quickly I checked-in & was taken back at my appointment. My esthetician was not very knowledgeable on the products at hand which concerned me & the front desk staff were not able to give me satisfying answers on the use of a gift card I had with me.

Aesthetician was very friendly and knowledgeable

It was the 2nd time I booked a “facial and massage” spa day and each time I was not able to receive full relaxing spa services. (I understand people get sick) David was awesome!! Don’t get me wrong - He is the only reason I won’t give up on this place.

I want a 5 hour long massage for about $100. Good luck! 😂

I was satisfied but I always leave room for improvement. I don't give out highly satisfied ratings very often.

I wanted to have the therapist use bio-freeze but when she checked she found out there was no stock. Didn't focus enough on my glutes, which was a focus area for me.

I was highly satisfied with the experience. Staff was great and so was the environment. My massage was wonderful.

The therapist was new to me, rather than a flowing massage--she ONLY applied pressure to the the aches and pains--was not relaxing and did not spend extra time on my neck as I had requested.

Availability of skilled massuese, I have seen this location go through some experts. The remaining skilled are booked up so appointments take 3 weeks +

I have 9 massages left and I cannot book 90 minute sessions without paying for a 30 minute session. I would like the ability to split 60 minute sessions.
