Hand and Stone

Would like to see list of therapists to choose from. Maybe didn’t have the best for me. I could not pick who to use when booking online.

i did not care for my therapist..massage was ok not great. she was not friendly almost robotic. didn't do my feet.

Therapist was late.

Was wonderful everyone was nice and I enjoyed my time. Just felt that I have had a better experience elsewhere. That does not mean the staff didn’t treat me well or anything of the like. The main thing I think is that it felt abrupt like there was no transition at the start and the end of the experience. I guess it felt kind of rushed

There are only two reasons, #1 is due to the length of massage, I wish it could be longer, #2- I needed more attention to the neck and shoulders instead of the full back only. it was still a good massage.

My preferred therapist was not available when I book this appointment, so the experience was good, and I don’t really have any complaints. It’s just always better when there is some familiarity from someone who has seen you before and kind of knows you a little bit. That’s all.

The only thing that I had a concern with was the Bathroom was a mess ... and that has never happened as long as I've been going there .

The therapist was amazing and did a great job. There was a few things that would have made it better though. More comfortable bed and not a loud ticking clock

Receptionist are nice. Place is clean and relaxing.. Good experience overall

The products used were very good and available for purchase. Appointment was on time. No waiting.
