The only thing awkward was the bed crinkle. It was so loud with the plastic. I understand it’s needed in these times. It just took me out of the experience.

I really hated the plastic under the sheet. The reason for it was explained to me but I wish there way another way to handle cleaning the table.

The only negative was the lack of spacing to wait in the waiting area. There were five or six clients waiting and I did not feel like I could keep six feet away from everyone.

The room temperature was cold and I look forward to the table warmer. I was disappointed that the warmers are not there anymore.

It was disappointing to see my therapist wearing a mask but not the people who are at the front desk. I came in with a mask myself to protect them, the front desk should be doing the same

Since you have been closed for a couple months due to the Covid19 virus, you continued to automatically deduct monthly membership fees even though the members could not utilize your services. I had to ask the appointment desk person how many massages were due to me. I would have appreciated the receptionist mentioning that fact to begin with since I was paying for services I could not receive. fact to begin with. now I have to make these up to get my money's worth. I am not pleased with your policy. i.e.-membership fees at LA Fitness were not taken out of my monthly credit card statement while they were closed down. I am beginning to feel that these automatic deduction memberships are a hassssle. I would rather be billed at the time of service even with a contract

My request for specific attention to tightness in shoulders did not result with any difference after massage was completed.

The therapist never asked how the pressure was. The front office staff was confusing. One knew very little but the other was very knowledgeable.

I"m not sure which session this applies to, however generally my appointments don't start on time, then appear to finish early. Maybe I haven't created a good enough relationship yet with specific massage therapists (?). But Tim.H at Ahwatuckee and Justin.B in Chandler were both excellent on timing and service.

The massage concentration on my neck, back and shoulder blades helped my chronic aches and pains and at the same time putting me into a relaxing mode.
