I had a gift certificate for a facial. I think you should be more specific about upgrade costs from the basic facial service. David was great and did a great job.

When I booked my appointment for January 18th I was in the store for a facial. I had to come back to the store the same day after booking my appointment and paying for my facial to pay for my add-ons to the facial.

I had asked for more focus on shoulders and did receive that!!

I was very satisfied. The only recommendation I would give is to find a way to keep from getting the oil that is used for the body in our hair.

I typically come for massages. I tried a facial and even upgraded it for another $20 and really felt like I just had several lotions rubbed on my face. I will stick to massages.
