Hand and Stone

I was satisfied. it began a little bit late, but not much. I was hoping to get an appointment with my favorite therapist, but the receptionist said she is no longer there.

Wish their was an overall greater relaxation ambience, scent, fountain, etc to really make it feel like you’re at a nice spa.

My favorite facialist (monthly for years) left a few months ago. I have tried two other facialists at H&S but one seemed inexperienced and the other was just ok. I am going to keep trying though. I had a massage a few months ago that was excellent.

My wife has the same package for a lower cost, almost a 1/4 less. I understand that process do go up, but this was only over approximately 6 months. This is my first visit and the massage was very good. I will try some of the other options going forward and see how things progress.

I had an allergic reaction to the oil used on my scalp It spread to other areas she touched on me.

Front staff not caring or interested in helping me when I returned to buy product

I always try and be on time, which i usually am. I wish they would use the full hour for facials and not finish early. Also they dont use all use process. I wish they would do the full process and not skip steps, like doing an extraction

First time at this location. Justin did a very good job utilizing several different modalities.

I really enjoyed the friendliness and overall comfortability of hand and stone as well as the atmosphere of it all. I feel like it is a little over priced for a 50minute massage and if it was changed to 60 would definitely be a great price point!

I had to change massage therapist twice & esthetician once in last 3 months because they left this premises. I don't feel comfortable when the employees move around too much.
