My esthetician Camille was amazing, she addressed all my concerns and listened to what i was trying to tell her about my skin. My boyfriend on the other hand was taken back late by his massage therapist and said she wasn’t friendly at all. It was his first time getting a professional massage and I really wish he has enjoyed it more. Unfortunately, he said he wouldn’t be going back and wasting his money.

Lost both of my my Regular Masseuses in one month and it is difficult finding a new person with same skill set should provide bios of each current masseuses style and training for clients less risk for us happier customer for u. My facial was excellent and the girl did a great job

Massage therapist was good but not as good as my usual therapist. Seemed less experienced

I love this location and never have had a bad experience over the years. This massage therapist, Chelsea was not skilled enough for a deep tissue massage. She used a tool which has never been needed before and really wasn’t able to give me the experience which I’ve been given in the past by other therapists. Will not request her again.

Time vs coverage. Focusing on parts will need more time taking away from the massage . More beneficial but less areas massaged.

The music could be louder to help block out any minor noises that occur outside of the rooms. Also, the lighting could be dimmer to add to the ambience of relaxation.

This is only my second visit and massage in 20 years. Comparing to my 1st massage in March at your location and that therapist I felt the other therapist was much better overall.
