When I called to verify my appointment, they told me the person I booked with could not do 100 minute massage because she had a hand injury. Then they put me with somebody else. Then called me back to state that the person they booked me with could not do a deep tissue massage. I needed the massage because I hadn’t been in in two months, so I went anyway. Online it gives me the option to pick a deep tissue massage, but that never translates to who can actually do a deep tissue once I book. Our use the booking online tool, so I get extra points, but it seems to usually backfire. Also if I had not called to verify appointment, I guess I Would’ve been told when I arrived at my therapist couldn’t do the massage, then what? I’m sure it was booked because it was a Saturday.

I booked original appt w penny; was called to cancel due to a problem on her behalf. Rebooked appt with penny was called back by another therapist. When told I expected penny therapist offered me to rebook another time with penny. Looked forward to this appt w penny for some time; high anxiety needed massage. Will rebook w penny however very distasteful feeling that somehow I was rebooked with another therapist when specifically was told I was rebooking with penny! Not the therapists issue clearly an issue on someone else’s behalf.

First, we booked with one therapist but they could not make the appt the day before we we got rebooked with another. Got there ahead of time but the one I got booked with ran overtime. I did not check the time exactly but I know it was 6 minutes after the hour when my appt was to start and I was waiting in the reception. I was then informed that my therapist was running late so they moved me to another therapist. In the end, the massage felt more rushed that I have had in the past. The therapist I got stopped abruptly on the hour. It just seemed out of sync and less relaxed than I had experienced previously. I was done and waiting for my wife to come out afterward. We both had 1 hour massages, she went in on time and came out quite a bit after me.

Sometimes the wait for your appointment feels uncomfortable, especially when waiting for the massage therapist. My discomfort was not completely relieved, but then again I’d probably need multiple sessions to relieve chronic pain. Otherwise, it’s great, it’s unfortunate how there isn’t always an opportunity to extend your time as the massage therapists may be booked.

I shared my feedback with a manager and she was wonderful. The massage therapist, Lisa, did not ever ask if the pressure was okay or what pressure I wanted. Her hands were shaking the entire time which made me tense. She forgot to massage one of my legs and foot. She ended my massage 15 minutes early. She forgot to do my peppermint massage until she started telling me to take my time getting up, then rushed through it within 1-2 minutes and it was not good or relaxing at all. My appointment started 20 minutes late.

I think there should be a rating between satisfied and Highly satisfied to big of a variable if rating was satisfied more than satisfied Highly satisfied My answers would have been more than satisfied

I am quite satisfied overall, especially with Kristin. The 50 minute hour is a bit of an issue for me, although I understand it is the rule. Also, the gratuity is not what I'm used to, being from Canada.

There is a difference between a deep tissue massage and pushing hard. The therapist seems to be in a hurry and when I said deep tissue it felt like he heard I like to hard pressure- I was sore the next day. Nice guy but a little rough and could use a slower approach

I had some Mark's on my face after my appointment. I'm waiting to see if they disappear as they promised.

I usually go to the ahwatukee location. That location is hard to get into. It seems they have better massage therapists. It's hard to define better. The Chandler location seems easier to get into but they seem to not do the best job. Just not as relaxing for me.
