Booked on line for 345 when I arrived the appointment is for 4pm I was told online bookigs give 15 min for paperwork. I

I had seen a lower price for services online and she wanted to stick to well the price is actually higher

I received an email offering a service for a specific price. The receptionist did not honor that offer.

The receptionist area is where you wait for your appointment, It would be more relaxing to have a dedicated area (low lighting, relaxing music, etc.) where you relax and wait for your therapist.

I think the therapist was great. The massage room was very warm. I tend to be a wimpy w the amount of pressure and I’m very sore today.

I am very happy with my experience.

I had a hard time booking the appointment online. The times are hourly online but the actual appointments are on the 45 minute clock (i.e. actually appointment available was 11:45 but online you could only book on the hour-12, 1, 2 etc) I had to call to make my appointment since it kept saying appointment not available.

Waited in room after changing for massage to start for about 8 minutes

Would've preferred water bottles versus cups because they seemed more wasteful and not as easy to keep with you. Wait time will cut into appt time. And entire thing was very pressuring for upselling.
