I was highly satisfied, but when i made the appoointment i said i wanted deep tissue or something for pain relief and they scheduled normal massage and said the person i am with cant do deep tissue. Receptionist then said she can have her apply deep pressure and work on pain areas but not “technically deep tissue” all worked in the end and i feel better and will return, this time for a real deep tissue massage!

Everything was great, I was just a little disappointed that the therapist did not massage my arms. She sent great time on my back like I requested though.

The estitician didn’t ask me if I wanted a massage during my service. I’ve always been offered a short massage while my mask is on

Too much massage oil. Too much time spent on upper neck right under hair line. Still achy.

The therapist was great, very friendly and nice. She applied the pressure I had asked, but she seemed to stick to one way of massage (ie using her arm/forearm to roll up and down). I wished she would have mixed it up a little with maybe using her hands to knead or work out the knots I had in my back.
