I could not hear the music during my session. I did not want to disrupt the mood so I did not say anything, however that was all I could think about.

Room was way too cold. Masseuse has trouble keeping her hands warm and splashed biifreeze on my face when rubbing it on her hands.

I have had previous massages that were more helpful. In my year-long acquaintance with therapist at this Hand and Stone, I have not been pleased with the quality of the therapists.

My service was a brow/lip hair removal. The aesthetician and I discussed the difficulty seeing my brows without eyeglasses or magnified mirror. We also discussed tweezing to 'clean up' the brow area after waxing. I was given a regular mirror at the end of the visit and from what I could see, I said it was ok. When I arrived at home and used a magnified mirror- it was not ok. I needed to do clean up above, below, and between my brows. These were not break through hairs; these were full length, visible tonthe average person hairs. There is a lighted, magnifying glass used during facials; why not use it to check brows after waxing? This is not unusual when I have my brows done here. Other aestheticians have done the same; I just don't understand it. I am reconsidering having this service again.

Appointment went smooth and therapist handled all trouble areas with effective care.

Massage did not concentrate on areas requested. Purchased face stone and it took half of the massage time and was not worth it. Did not massage front of body.

If you had a highly satisfied rating there is no room for improvement.

Actually I am satisfied with the experience.

I liked it, I wasnt highly satisfied because I have a very high standard set from Hand and stone Utah, specifically Taylore. I am yet to find some one with that calibre. Thanks

The massages have seemed to get shorter and not run the full 50 minutes. My visits over the last few months seem to be 42-45 minutes long. I understand it’s not supposed to be an hour but I do expect to get the full 50 minutes.
